Public Seller Rules and Fee Schedule for Registration and Selling Vehicles

1:   Seller(s) agree they have the right to sell said vehicle.

2:   All cars must have a clear Virginia title in the seller(s) name.

3:   Seller(s) must be a Virginia resident with proper picture identification and be present at our office to register vehicle(s).

4:   Seller(s) have the right to accept or reject any and all bids if they do not reach the indicated price given on sale day.

5:   Seller(s) must complete auction contract and pay registration fees before sale date.

6:   All titles must be in auction office on sale day or there will be a $50.00 title delay fee charged.

7:   Seller(s) must agree to announce any major defects. (Weak motors, bad transmissions, and non-working air conditioning systems, etc.)

8:   Seller(s) must disclose all "salvage conditions" stated or not stated on title.

9:   Seller(s) must state and disclose correct odometer readings, any mileage not disclosed accurately will void the sale of the vehicle.

10:   Auction Co. guarantees good checks on all cars. However, cars are not counted as sold until good payment is made by bidder.

11.   Checks for cars sold will be available Tuesday after 1:00pm.

11:   Auction Co. does not guarantee the sale of any vehicle.

12:   Cars not sold at auction and not removed from auction premises will be put in following auction and will be charged re-registration fee of $25.00. There will be a $25.00 per day charge for cars left on premises 7 days after 3rd re-run. Cars not picked up after 30 days of 3rd re-run will be sold by Auction, even if lower than floor price, to collect fees owed to Auction.

13:   Auction Co., employees or agents are not responsible for fire, theft, accidents or mechanical problems with vehicles consigned to auction.

14:   Auction Co., employees or agents not responsible for license tags, inspection stickers, nor city stickers or personal property left with vehicle.

15:   Auction Co. or its agents reserve the right to accept or reject any and all transactions. In the event your vehicle(s) sale is voided for non-compliance of rules all auction fees and buyer’s fees will be seller’s responsibility.

16:   Any vehicle that needs to have gas put in by auction will be charged $7.00 per gallon.

Registration and Sales fees per vehicle: $80.00 (includes buyer card fee) and $50.00 for Buyers card holders Registration Fee to be paid in advance! CASH ONLY PLEASE!

Sales Fees per Car

$ 1.00 to $ 299.00 = $ 110.00

$ 300.00 to $ 599.00 = $ 195.00

$ 600.00 to $ 999.00 = $ 225.00

$ 1,000.00 to $ 1,999.00 = $ 325.00

$ 2,000.00 to $ 3,999.00 = $ 410.00

$ 4,000.00 to $ 5,999.00 = $ 485.00

$ 6,000.00 to $ 7,999.00 = $ 600.00

$ 8,000.00 to $ 11,999.00 = $ 700.00

$ 12,000.00 to $ 14,999.00 = $ 800.00

$ 15,000.00 to $ 17,999.00 = $ 975.00

$ 18,000.00 to $ 19,999 = $ 1500.00

$ 20,000.00 and up = $1900.00
